Ethan Horn's Profile
About Ethan Horn
Ethan played doubles and singles all three years in the fall team seasons and played doubles in the spring, but was homeschooled his senior year to train for playing in college. Most of Ethan’s accomplishments came from playing in superchamps in the USTA leagues, but he won district in doubles his sophomore year and made it to regionals each year as a team. Taking his senior year to train helped him develop as a player and attract some attention from college coaches, ultimately earning him a spot on the team at Texas Tech. Now Ethan is expecting to graduate in two weeks from Texas Tech with a degree in Real Estate Finance and will begin working in Dallas for Thomson-Reuters at the end of this month. Some of his favorite and most vivid memories of Westwood Tennis come from his freshman year on varsity. Ethan made a lot of good friends and really remembers how accepting the older players on the team were. With the long hot days of tennis and monotonous bus rides, his team was always able to find a way to make every experience enjoyable.
